What We Offer
Our main offerings are carefully curated bundling of books to give readers a broader and more personal experience in relation to topics they love and/or want to learn more about. In addition to books, some bundles come with extra items, such as binoculars for our bird bundle to further help our customers explore their chosen topic(s).
In addition to our ready made offerings, we also offer a personalized topic service. If a customer does not see the topic they want, they can purchase our personalized service and we will build them a custom bundle.
What We Care About
Kind Books is a socially responsible online bookstore which offers a deep dive into specific topics with bundles of books from different genres that focus on the same general topic. Our purpose is two-fold; to provide educational and enjoyable content to our customers, and to support charitable organizations with donations from each purchase.
We focus on helping our customers do a deep dive into topics that interest them. Providing opportunities for book lovers and less enthusiastic readers to explore different genres while sticking to topics that they already know they care about and enjoy.
About Our Owner
I am a huge book lover and lifelong learner. I came up with the idea for book bundles while reading Yours Truly by Abby Jimenez. In this book one of the characters experiences social anxiety and as someone who has dealt with this specific type of anxiety for most of my life I felt understood by this book. Though Yours Truly is a romance novel, it contained the most realistic portrayal of social anxiety I have read.
I realized that this book, along with a scientifically backed non-fiction book about social anxiety would be a great multi-faceted way to learn more about social anxiety and so many other topics. From there my ideas for book bundles took off.
